Good morning!

Hope everyone survived the heat wave well!
Due to the Independent   holiday (7-4-2021) on this weekend, we will postpone our regular monthly activity to 7-10-2021.
On 7-10-2021, we will have a presentation by Dr. Yan who is the Oncologist from Swedish Medical Center. She will talk about the newest breast cancer treatment and clinical trial. How to prevent breast cancer and reoccurring. Plus Q and A time.
Presentation will be from 1pm-3pm.

The Zoom meeting invitation will be out by next week.

華州華人防癌協會與樂敘之家合辦了一場精彩的講座。

我們再次邀請杜宇亮博士來分享他的經驗，杜博士是美國白血病協會硏究員，
西雅圖Fred Hutchinson癌症中心科學研究員，華盛頓大學生物工程系教職退休人員。
他的講座题目是「癌細胞的代謝功能學與治癌，防癌的關係及注意事項」。
由於杜教授的精心準備，圖文並茂，；又有英文，粵語，國語(有翻譯)經過兩個多小時由淺入深，
生動的講解，出席的聽眾有六十多位，個個都鴉雀無聲，非常專心的聽講，
講座結束後，還有不少聽眾圍繞著教授問長問短，依依不捨，期待下次有更精彩的講座。
此次承蒙樂敘之家贊助供給我們這麽好的場地，讓大家坐得舒服，特此致謝。
